At Unisnag, every product is handcrafted with care and inspected before dispatch. As our products are handmade, we accept returns only for items that are damaged during transit.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged during shipping.
- You notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order.
- You provide your order details along with a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video as proof of the damage.

Note: Returns requested without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Email us within 12 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video.
- Our team will review your request.
- If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return or replacement process.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Minor variations in colour, finish, wood grain, or dimensions, as each handcrafted product is unique.
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
Replacement
Once the returned item is inspected and the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund, as applicable.
